Our Services
- Stop Snoring Devices - At the Centre of Dental Excellence, we fully assess all our snorers. We can help by providing a non-invasive appliance called a mandibular advancement device (MAD). These devices help position the lower jaw forwards to open up the airway and improve the airflow thus reducing snoring symptoms.
- Sleep Apnoea Screening & Treatment - We assess all snorers and screen for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). If signs of OSA are detected, it may be recommended that we screen you further using a sleep study. The results are analysed by a sleep physician providing a full report on your sleep study. Where OSA is present, any anti-snoring device will only be provided as part of an integrated treatment plan.
- TMJ Disorders - If you’ve experienced jaw pain, clicking, or trouble chewing, you may have Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder. By carefully assessing your unique case, we will create a tailor-made splint to gently reposition the jaw, reducing tension and allowing the muscles to relax.
- eXiteOsa - We are so pleased to be able to offer our patients the very latest in daytime sleep therapy. eXciteOSA® is intended for the reduction of snoring and mild obstructive sleep apnoea by strengthening tongue muscles via electrical muscle stimulation.
